Specialized Programs
Physicians Regional Healthcare System offers dedicated programs that address the unique needs of specific illnesses and conditions. Each person has different needs during recovery, so rehabilitation programs include a range of therapies and assistance to ensure patients receive the care and support they need. Therapists also serve as educators to ensure patients, family members and caregivers are well informed and able to meet recovery challenges.
Inpatient Services
Patients receive a minimum of three (3) hours of therapy a day. A wide range of treatment settings are available to meet individual needs. There are activities of daily living (ADL) settings, game and recreation areas, and, of course, the patient’s room.
